Do you offer home delivery?
Yes — we offer local home delivery on selected days each week. Delivery availability depends on your postcode and chosen delivery slot.
Can I collect my order instead?
Absolutely. You can choose free click-and-collect from our farm shop during available collection times.
How do I place an order?
Simply fill in our online order form with:
Your contact details
Preferred delivery or collection option
Preferred date/time
Your order request
We’ll then confirm availability and final details by email or phone.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No — you can keep it simple. You’re welcome to give a general idea of what you’d like, or request specific items if known.
Example:
“Weekly veg for a family of four, eggs, milk and sourdough bread.”
How do I pay?
Payment details will be confirmed once your order has been reviewed. Depending on the order, payment may be taken online, by bank transfer, or on collection/delivery.
Is your produce seasonal?
Yes — we focus on fresh seasonal produce and locally sourced products wherever possible. This means some items may change throughout the year.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within selected local areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your address, please submit an enquiry and we’ll confirm.
When will I hear back about my order?
We aim to confirm all orders within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order value?
We may apply a minimum order value for deliveries depending on location. Collection orders usually have no minimum spend.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order. Once produce has been prepared or packed, changes may not always be possible.
